Ši paslauga teikia ABC simuliacijas, pagrįstas krūvininkų dinamikos parametrais. Šios simuliacijos gali suteikti informacijos apie atskirų spindulinės ir nespindulinės rekombinacijos kanalų spartą.
The service may be provided as part of full characterisation or as an individual modelling activity if the client has the necessary carrier dynamics data.
Required Input Data
For ABC simulations only, the client must provide carrier-lifetime and quantum-efficiency dependencies on excitation fluence.
Core Infrastructure / Tools / Equipment
The service uses in-house Python code, including an ABC model fitter.
