Technical Scope and Capabilities
This service provides ABC simulations based on carrier dynamics parameters. The simulations can provide information on recombination rates of individual radiative and non-radiative channels.
The service may be provided as part of full characterisation or as an individual modelling activity if the client has the necessary carrier dynamics data.
Required Input Data
For ABC simulations only, the client must provide carrier-lifetime and quantum-efficiency dependencies on excitation fluence.
Core Infrastructure / Tools / Equipment
The service uses in-house Python code, including an ABC model fitter.
