Four institutions, one centre.
ChipsC²-LT accelerates the growth of Lithuania's semiconductor and electronics industry. We give companies, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups, access to research infrastructure, engineering expertise, skills development and the European semiconductor ecosystem.
Who we are
A national entry point, built on four institutions
The Lithuanian Chips Competence Centre is a national project funded under the Digital Europe Programme through the Chips Joint Undertaking and co-financed by the Republic of Lithuania.
The centre acts as the single national entry point for companies seeking semiconductor expertise, infrastructure and training. You submit one request; behind it, four institutions work as one: their laboratories, engineers and course programmes are available through the same door.
Behind every service in our catalogue stands a named expert. We know exactly who will carry out each piece of work, which laboratory they work in and what they have built before. In a small country with a focused talent pool, this is not a slogan; it is how the centre operates.

Coordination
Day-to-day operations, service routing and quality are managed centrally by the coordination team at FTMC, so companies work with one centre rather than four institutions.

Part of Europe's semiconductor network
ChipsC²-LT is a member of the European Network of Chips Competence Centres and cooperates with Baltic and Nordic competence centres under signed cooperation agreements. Through the network, Lithuanian companies reach the European pilot lines, the EU Chips Design Platform and partners across Europe.
