Technical Scope and Capabilities
Ši paslauga teikia pagalbą vykdant bendrus mokslinių tyrimų ir eksperimentinės plėtros projektus su pramonės partneriais. Ji yra nukreipta į naujų produktų, technologijų ar funkcinių prototipų kūrimą.

- definition of technical requirements
- selection of technological direction
- analytical research
- theoretical research
- experimental research
- modelling
- dizaino
- validation under real-world and application-relevant conditions
- access to advanced design software
- semiconductor technology expertise in CMOS, GaN and SiC
- laboratory infrastructure for high-frequency measurements up to 26 GHz
- prototype development, testing and optimisation
- support for preparation of project proposals for national or international funding instruments
- support for technical execution of projects.
