Mokymų santrauka: Knowledge is acquired about the fundamental microtechnological processes, including lithography, vacuum, plasma, ion implantation, thermal oxidation, and diffusion, alongside the mathematical description and calculation of these technological process regimes. A general methodology is mastered for studying various MOS (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor), CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor), GaAs, and FET technologies, as well as carbon nanotubes, and for modeling their implementation regimes.
