Baltic PCB & Systems Conference 2025 – a technical conference for engineers

On 12 December 2025, the second Baltic PCB & Systems Conference took place at the Faculty of Electronics, VILNIUS TECH, bringing together PCB designers, hardware engineers, manufacturers and technology experts from Lithuania, the Baltic region and across Europe.

The conference was organised by three partners – VILNIUS TECH, the ChipsC²-LT Competence Centre and Sintecs – with the shared goal of delivering a technically focused, practice-driven event created by engineers for engineers.

Following the success of Vilnius PCB Day, which attracted more than 80 participants, this year’s conference expanded its scope to cover the entire board-level electronics lifecycle: from PCB design, simulations, SI/PI and RF solutions to manufacturing, assembly, EMC and certification.

The programme featured expert presentations, real-world project examples, DFM best practices, and demonstrations of advanced design and analysis tools, alongside active discussions on how to develop reliable, production-ready electronics.

One of the presentations was delivered by Dr Gediminas Račiukaitis, ChipsC²-LT Project Coordinator and Head of the Laser Technologies Department at the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (FTMC). His presentation introduced the activities and mission of the ChipsC²-LT Competence Centre, highlighting its role in strengthening Lithuania’s electronics and semiconductor ecosystem and fostering collaboration between research and industry.

The conference provided an important platform for knowledge exchange, professional networking and discussions on future cooperation, contributing to the continued growth of the electronics sector in the Baltic region.
