Technical Scope and Capabilities

This service enables production of thin-film prototypes featuring a materials deposition system capable of depositing of a wide variety of fluids including biological fluids, inorganic and organic conductives and photoresists.

Core Infrastructure / Tools / Equipment

The service uses Dimatix DMP-2850 materials printer.

Technical Parameters

  • maximum prototype area, 210 × 315 mm
  • possible substrates thickness, up to 25 mm
  • vacuum plate heating, ambient to 60 °C
  • usable ink capacity: up to 1.5 ml.
