Keturi prane\u0161\u0117jai i\u0161 regiono ir Europos atsak\u0117 \u012f j\u012f skirtinguose lygmenyse \u2013 nuo akademini\u0173 pagrind\u0173 iki Europos infrastrukt\u016bros ir nuo pramon\u0117s pasirengimo iki strateginio pasirinkimo, kurio Baltijos valstyb\u0117s dar nepri\u0117m\u0117.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Akademinis pagrindas yra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alvydas Lisauskas i\u0161 Vilniaus universiteto ir FTMC prad\u0117jo nuo Lietuvoje vystom\u0173 kompetencij\u0173 ir tyrim\u0173 sri\u010di\u0173, kurios sudaro pamat\u0105 PIC kryp\u010diai. Pasak Lisausko, Lietuvos universitetai (KTU, VU, Vilnius Tech) ir FTMC dalyvauja \u201eEuropractice\u201c tinkle, suteikian\u010diame prieig\u0105 prie PIC modeliavimo \u012franki\u0173 ir gamybos paslaug\u0173. Prane\u0161\u0117jas primin\u0117 ir 2010\u20132013 m. \u201eiPHOS\u201c projekt\u0105, kuriame buvo kuriami integruoti subteraherciniai si\u0173stuvai belaid\u017eiam pla\u010diajuos\u010diam ry\u0161iui. Tuomet tai buvo vizija, o \u0161iandien daugelis tuomet si\u016blyt\u0173 sprendim\u0173 jau realizuojami Europos pilotini\u0173 linij\u0173 ir \u0161iuolaikini\u0173 PIC platform\u0173 pagrindu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esm\u0117 ta, kad Lietuvos akademinis ind\u0117lis \u012f fotonik\u0105 n\u0117ra nei naujas, nei marginalus. Jas papildo hibridin\u0117s integracijos technikos, leid\u017eian\u010dios ant vieno pad\u0117klo derinti skirtingas med\u017eiagas ir taip vienoje plok\u0161tel\u0117je sutalpinti \u0161viesos \u0161altin\u012f, kreipim\u0105, moduliavim\u0105 ir detekcij\u0105. \u201ePIXEurope\u201c yra ankstyvame etape: pramon\u0117s \u012ftraukimas vyksta dabar, atvira infrastrukt\u016bra prad\u0117s veikti per artimiausius dvejus metus, pirmieji MPW paleidimai planuojami 2027\u20132028 metais. Pilotin\u0117 linija taip pat parengs dvide\u0161imt nauj\u0173 projektavimo rinkini\u0173 ir a\u0161tuonis demonstracinius modulius ry\u0161i\u0173, AR\/VR, jutikli\u0173, LiDAR ir dirbtinio intelekto taikymams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prakti\u0161kai tai rei\u0161kia, kad Lietuvos akademin\u0117s grup\u0117s ir \u012fmon\u0117s jau dabar gali kreiptis \u012f \u201ePIXEurope\u201c d\u0117l konsultacij\u0173 ir mokym\u0173, o pilotin\u0117s gamybos paslaugos taps prieinamos artimiausiais metais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Barjerai \u012fvardyti tiesiai<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aivars Vembris, \u201eAP4PIC\u201c bendra\u012fk\u016br\u0117jas i\u0161 Latvijos, \u0117m\u0117si sunkesn\u0117s dalies. Ultratrump\u0173j\u0173 impuls\u0173 lazeriais puslaidininki\u0173 mikroapdirbimui specializuojasi \u201eLight Conversion\u201c ir \u201eEKSPLA\u201c. Lazerin\u0119 mikrogamyb\u0105 ir nanostrukt\u016br\u0173 ra\u0161ym\u0105 vysto \u201eAkoneer\u201c, \u201eFemtika\u201c, \u201eWorkshop of Photonics\u201c \u2013 \u0161ie metodai naudojami ir PIC pakavime. Lazerinius modulius gamina \u201eIntegrated Optics\u201c. IC projektavimo srityje dirba \u201eLime Microsystems\u201c, KMSD ir \u201eSi Femto\u201c. \u0160alia j\u0173 yra platesnis fotonikos sektorius (optini\u0173 komponent\u0173 baz\u0117, jutikliai, THz sistemos) ir puslaidininki\u0173 taikymai telekomunikacijose, automobili\u0173 elektronikoje, navigacijoje bei kosmoso srityje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eChipsC2-LT\u201c vaidmuo \u0161ioje konstrukcijoje yra konkretus. Centras n\u0117ra gamykla. Jis veikia kaip jungtis tarp Lietuvos kompetencij\u0173 ir Europos pilotini\u0173 linij\u0173. Praktinis darbas \u2013 pad\u0117ti \u012fmon\u0117ms ir tyr\u0117jams rasti tinkam\u0105 \u012f\u0117jim\u0105 \u012f \u201ePIXEurope\u201c ir kitas fotonikos iniciatyvas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kur klausimas veda toliau<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A. Vembrio klausimas svarbus ne tod\u0117l, kad \u012f j\u012f b\u016btina i\u0161kart atsakyti, o tod\u0117l, kad atsakymas formuojasi konkre\u010diais sprendimais: kuriose ni\u0161ose dirba universitetai, \u012f kurias Europos linijas eina \u012fmon\u0117s, kokios kompetencijos ugdomos sistemingai. \u201eChipsC2-LT\u201c darbas yra \u0161i\u0173 trij\u0173 sluoksni\u0173 sankirtoje \u2013 sujungti akademin\u012f ind\u0117l\u012f, pramonin\u012f pasirengim\u0105 ir Europos infrastrukt\u016br\u0105 taip, kad Lietuvos PIC kompetencija pasiekt\u0173 rezultat\u0173 u\u017e regiono rib\u0173.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sesija Rygoje parod\u0117, kad keturi prane\u0161\u0117jai i\u0161 keturi\u0173 pozicij\u0173 kalb\u0117jo apie t\u0105 pat\u012f i\u0161 skirting\u0173 pusi\u0173.
